Here is one of the most powerful, heavily armed, and devastating vessels the federation has ever created, NX-74205 the USS Defiant. This ship first made it appearance in season 3 of the TV show Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Ever since her introduction she has earned a reputation of being the most devastating war ship created, and now she can be yours. This model is built from the 1/530 scale AMT kit. The models was modified to accept a wiring harness as well as lighting for the engines and escape pods. One thing that makes this model unique is the added weathering effect that gives the ship a fresh out of battle look. This model has a custom paint job which was all masked and painted by hand. This model is an accurate and proud representation of the Defiant model used in the TV show. It would be a great addition to anyone’s collection.
